Executive Board Search

Non-Executive Director Search

NED appointments have had a reputation for operating on a ‘black book’ basis, more than other high-level appointments. With an increased focus on corporate governance and new regulations from the FSA/ Bank of England, we are increasingly being used to identify, select and attract candidates for non-executive roles who will not only fulfil the regulatory functions but add value to our clients’ business.

 

Succession Planning

Planned or unplanned, the changeover between CEOs is a critical time in any business. The ejs process is designed to ensure the stability and effective performance of an organization, large or small, making provisions to avoid ‘key person dependency’. We work towards the retention and development of key executives within the firm, or when appropriate, their replacement, together creating a strategic plan for the future of the company.
