Bio
Barbara brings 35 years’ executive search and financial services experience to ejsSearch.
She was previously a Partner with Korn Ferry International where she established their London insurance and reinsurance practice. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of Insurance at Stephens Associates, an international financial services executive search firm.
In the past she was the pioneer and business leader of a major centralised lending business and insurance intermediary working for a leading building society as part of an 18 year financial services career in business leadership, management and development. She is a major share holder and co-founder of ejsSearch.
