Bio
Jadwiga’s first degree is in English Literature from Oxford University. She went on to a successful career in journalism, building a significant portfolio of profile interviews across politics, the arts and business.
In 2003, Jadwiga completed a postgraduate qualification focusing on Organisational Psychology, and went on to join a generalist Executive Search boutique in London, focusing on board-level appointments. She joined ejsSearch in 2008.
Jadwiga is a member of the British Psychological Society and is bilingual in English and Polish.
