We are a 14-strong international and cross-border team. Unusually for an executive search firm we work under one P&L. This means that our team is rewarded on the overall results of the business. Consequently our clients reap the benefit from partnering with a firm where the individuals have one common goal: to succeed for the client.
Our team of business, functional and insurance professionals have all worked in the industry as well as in executive search. Between the Directors, Consultants and Researchers we cover eight languages.
Our working knowledge in industry, financial services and insurance skills underpins 20 years experience in executive search.
We employ our own researchers and all our client work is undertaken in-house.
